Our initial experience with David was great. Unfortunately, past our first cruise, his service has become inconsistent and he's been unresponsive. We've had to move on to a different provider.

We worked with Dave Rodrigues to book a Rhine River Cruise and although we never met face-to-face due to the changes created by Covid, Dave took care of every need we had including airport transfers, pre-cruise hotels, airline cancellations and most of all helping us to choose the river cruise line that was just right for us. And although Dave, himself, was on vacation when our luggage was delayed, he was on the phone with us to help us solve the problem in a timely fashion. No question was too simple for his quick reply. And, the tips and suggestions he provided made our trip an unforgettable wonderful experience. If you want a worry-free trip, Dave and Cruise Planners will make sure every detail is addressed.

We booked tours in South America. It was a bit difficult, especially during COVID but Dave made them all come together. He was good at keeping us informed and working through the issues that came up. I would highly recommend Dave and his associates.
